Please allow 30 extra minutes for first-time appointments. We uphold high professional standards for being “on time”. We regret that we cannot give additional time for late arrival for your appointment. If, for any reason, we are late starting your appointment you will receive your full scheduled time.
As you make appointments, please don’t commit to a time that may be questionable. If you must change your time, please give advanced notice. Missed or cancelled appointments without 2 business days notice (medical emergencies excluded) will be charged in full for the missed session.
Spa treatments require a 35% deposit for preparation. Prices are effective through July 2009.
Your personal information will be treated in a confidential manner. Under no circumstances will we share, submit or surrender any specific client information to any other party without your written consent.
Your safety and comfort are of utmost importance to us. If you have any questions or comments about the techniques used, the environment or your personal comfort, please let us know at any time.
We are commited to creating a safe and healthy environment for both client and our massage therapists. The client will always be draped for warmth and modesty. We will not tolerate any lewd behavior or sexual harrassment. If any inappropriate behavior occurs by the client, the massage session will be terminated immediately and the session will be paid in full.
The client is responsible for disclosing any condition that may be contraindicated to massage or bodywork. Massage is not a replacement for medical attention, diagnosis, and treatment. Massage Therapists are not qualified to diagnose or prescribe medical treatment. We will provide information as to the indication or contraindication of specific bodywork. Questions may be asked any time.
